Product review: Hegai & Esther Eyebrow definer

There was so much rave about this indigenous product late last year, that I couldn't resist the urge to go buy mine. Though I'm not always quick to purchase every new product in town but I finally made up my mind to go get it 2 months ago.

Packaging

The product comes in a small jar packed in a white box with a brush applicator for applying the brow gel.

Hegai &Esther says

H & E eyebrow definer glides smoothly on the eyebrow giving a vibrant finish. it is waterproof, smudge-proof, and safe to use on the waterline. use brush to pick and apply.

My thoughts

The H&E eyebrow definer is very easy to apply, and  little goes a long way. Although it looks creamy in the jar, but gives a dry finish after application. One thing I found most interesting is that its ideal for different skin shades so I use on both light and dark skinned clients. It now comes in 2 shades "Nubia"  and "Ebony".

Price
#2000

I will definitely repurchase this product as its a great buy. who else has tried it? please share your thoughts....

Product Review: Zaron lip liners

Hi beauties,

Thank you for stopping by. Hope you doing great. Today's review is on Zaron lip pencils.
I got 2 shades (brick chick and fussy fuchsia) a while ago and since then, I fell in love with them.

Fussy fushia is a bright pink

Brick chick is purple, its been one of my favorite lip liners, I get to line it with most of my purple, pink and nude lipsticks.
Brick Chick EZ01
Last week I saw some other colours and I decided to pick 2 shades I don't have in my lip liner kits. Wild vine a bright orange color perfect for any orange base lipstick or coral, can be worn alone or with a gloss.
and  Stallion which is a deep wine

Stallion EZ014

These liners are amazing, apply easily, you can blend with your finger or a lip brush. Both are longer than the two I got initially.

Overall:
I love these liners they can be worn alone, with a lipsticks or a gloss.
They are also very affordable. #750 each.

I would definitely repurchase.

Till my next post, stay beautiful

Product review: Unveil whisking Brush

Hi Beauties,

Today I am reviewing the Unveil whisking brush (I call it Kabuki brush anyways). I got this brush as a gift sometimes last year, though I have used some products from the Unveil makeup range, I didn't know much about their brushes but of course since it came as a gift, I gladly received it and decided to use it as a personal tool.

PACKAGING

It comes in a transparent  bag, has a metallic silver handle with name written on it. the bristles are soft and appear brown in colour.

 Pros:
  • Very soft with fine bristles
  • Blends evenly
  • It does not shed or pull out
  • Can be used for powder, bronzer, blush
  • Its of great quality and affordable
Cons:
I had just one problem with this brush; the fact its not retractable or does not come in a pack.

My overall Thought
I absolutely love this cute little brush. for an indigenous brand, its does a fantastic job.  I use it mostly for powder and  blush. It does not waste products and it blends beautifully. Its very easy to wash and it does not shed.

I would definitely recommend  and repurchase.

If you need the Unveil whisking brush please contact me.

Till my next post,

Review: Tint Ruby ruby

Hi beauties,
Happy new month y'all hope the month started out great for us all.
Today's post is a product review. I went shopping few weeks ago and came across this lipstick, heard its a matte red so I decided to try it out though I left the shop without buying it because my MAC ruby woo does a great job, I had a rethink after a friend met me same day at Ikeja and asked what lipstick I'm wearing? I quickly looked into my mirror because I had complely forgotten what lipstick I had on. Ok... I finally got it and here's what I think.

Description:
This is a product of Tint cosmetics, a manufacturer of high quality, premium grade color cosmetics and skin care essentials. It's matte red and easy to apply.

Packaging:

Tint ruby ruby comes in black tube,
It has a color coded sticker below with the name shade on it for easy identification.

Formula:
The Tint Ruby ruby is a matte red lipstick. it glides on smoothly on the lips. it does not accentuate dryness especially if you have dry lips. The color is very rich and it will suit most complexions. It also has a good staying power.

Price:  2500.

Overall, I love this lipstick, its of a great formula and has a pleasant smell to me. it can pass as a dupe for Mac ruby woo, in fact that's the reason I bought it and i'm impressed. So, if you want a matte red lipstick that's more pocket friendly, you can get Tint ruby ruby.
